Flexible CIGS Large-Area Module Achieves 18.16% Efficiency, Setting New Global Record for Scaled Production
本次測(cè)試組件系公司穩(wěn)定量產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)商業(yè)化產(chǎn)品，其封裝嚴(yán)格遵循25年功率質(zhì)保要求。為準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估產(chǎn)線基準(zhǔn)能力，組件未采用抗反射層（AR），并特意剝離了實(shí)驗(yàn)室高效工藝的影響。據(jù)此，測(cè)試結(jié)果有效印證了現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)線在常規(guī)工藝下的可靠效率水平。
此次效率突破，是公司在完成 150MW 生產(chǎn)線整合后的首次發(fā)布。整合后的產(chǎn)線在工藝協(xié)同、技術(shù)優(yōu)化與品質(zhì)一致性上均取得顯著提升，為柔性CIGS技術(shù)的規(guī)�；茝V奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
The tested module is a standard commercial product from our mass-production line, with encapsulation compliant with 25-year power warranty requirements. No anti-reflection coating or laboratory-enhanced processes were applied, ensuring the results accurately reflect the baseline efficiency of the current production line.
This efficiency breakthrough represents Sun Harmonics’ first official release following the integration of its 150 MW production line. The upgraded line has achieved significant improvements in process synergy, technology optimization, and quality consistency, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale deployment of flexible CIGS technology.
